The INSCO 5037 series temperature indicator is our dual solid state
performer. Years of testing, refining and improving have gone into
the 5037 series, making it one of the finest dual temperature
indicator available. An expanded dial provides greater resolution
during critical temperature conditions such as engine starts.
Several dial varieties can be incorporated into the 5037 design.
This flexibility allows the 5037 to meet varied requirements. A
servo driven pointer eliminates friction and position errors and
on-board cold junction circuit compensation minimizes instrument
drift due to ambient temperature changes. This combined with our
solid state electronics provide extreme accuracy under the most
demanding conditions.
SPECIFICATIONS:
The 5037
indicator features internal reference voltages which are controlled
for increased stability, eliminating drift.
All components are conservatively rated to prevent premature
failure, and every indicator must survive a rigid burn-in before
delivery.
The combination of innovative circuitry, our precision machined
close-tolerance gearhead, RFI filtering of all inputs and outputs,
and inverter isolation of power provides an indicator which delivers
guaranteed + / - 5 degree C accuracy within the expanded dial scale,
and + / - 15 degree C overall.
The indicator is pending FFA TSO-C43, type II.
MEASURED TEMPERATURE
RANGE:
Measured temperature ranges per customer specifications between 0ºC
(32ºF) to 704ºC (1300ºF) are available. Indicator resting position
without power is below range to provide indication of instrument
operation.
Careful attention to detail, and our rigorous adherence to the
highest standards insure that the 5037, like all INSCO instruments,
will provide years of dependable, trouble-free operation.
At INSCO, our engineering and manufacturing teams demand the best
quality and performance and that's exactly what INSCO delivers!
