The Alliance

Under a facilities sharing arrangement, AeroPanel and INSCO can now serve a diverse worldwide customer base by drawing on the engineering, marketing and production capabilities of two separate companies, AeroPanel Corporation (AeroPanel) and Instrument Specialties Company, Inc. (INSCO).

AeroPanel and INSCO continue as separate, independently operated companies. However, these companies have certain common ownership. Since January 1999, we have operated under a facilities sharing agreement and have centered our respective manufacturing operations in a single 30,000 square foot building on 2 1/2 acres of land in Boonton, New Jersey.

The companies cooperating under the AeroPanel and the INSCO names are recognized as leading designers and manufacturers of illuminated displays and custom equipment, shipboard equipment and other precision instrumentation, including the design and manufacture of complex integrated control and switch panels.

Customer Benefits

AeroPanel and INSCO jointly design completed integrated control and switch panel displays using materials, components and finishes that meet advanced commercial and military system requirements.

These products have applications on ground support equipment, commercial and military ships, sub-sea equipment and have been deployed on NASA Space Shuttles since the beginning of the American space program. Our illuminated displays comply with both commercial and military lighting specifications including night vision compatible lighting.

The ability to implement integrated switch panels into complex assemblies allows the users to design multiple switching capabilities in a single assembly.
